ALLU e.p.m Powder Spreader, ALLU Screener Crusher and ALLU VP Compacting Plate makes the same work remarkably faster, more cost effectively and the end result is better.

With this novelty, ALLU Screener Crusher, ALLU VP Compacting Plate and ALLU e.p.m. Powder Spreader, the soil remediation in excavating work becomes possible:

• The excavated soil is laid aside and dragged.

• The ALLU e.p.m. Powder Spreader is mounted onto the excavator and the binding agent is spread on the soil pile.

• The ALLU Screener Crusher is mounted to the excavator and it takes in the binding agent together with the soil, mixes them and directly fills back the pipeline trench. Should there be stones in the material, during the mixing they are screened out, put aside and can be used later for basement improvement or fed into a crusher.

• Next follows compression of stabilized soil in the trench with a hydraulic driven ALLU VP Compacting Plate, which can be adapted also to the same excavator.
