An effective mixing unit for excavators!ALLU PM Power Mix is a versatile hydraulic accessory for excavators. It converts the excavator to a mobile and effective mixer unit. The mixing effectiveness is based on the intelligent horizontal positioning of the drums and unique construction of the mixing elements. The drums move and mix material in a very controlled way in all three different directions simultaneously. ALLU Power Mix is available in three different sizes. The right model to be chosen depends on the weight of the base machine and the desired reach. |

ALLU Power Mix can process different materials to a depth of 5 meters (16.4 ft) depending on the reach of the excavator and the quality of the material. The ALLU Power Mix is an attachment and therefore the excavator may also be used in other jobs on site. The ALLU Power Mix is a perfect tool for mixing small or huge amounts of materials. The binder is fed with pressurized air through pipe directly to the right spots near the drums, so the amount of binder can vary from few percents up to tens of percents and the mixing result stays good. Designed for durabilityThe ALLU Power Mix has a rigid welded steel frame and all the wear parts are made of wear resistant steel and are replaceable. The hydraulic radial piston motor gets its power from the excavator. It rotates the drums through shaft and gears. Easy mountingThe ALLU Power Mix can easily be mounted on an excavator with pin mounting or with quick hitch adapter plate. |
