ALLU Screener Crusher can screen, crush, pulverize, aerate, blend, mix, separate, carry, feed and load all in one step operation. This revolutionary new working method is called ALLUizing.

The unique construction of ALLU Screener Crusher is patented worldwide. The ALLU Screener Crusher has a rigid steel frame, onto which horizontally rotating screening and crushing drums have been mounted. All the drums rotate to the same direction.

Hydraulic power

The ALLU Screener Crusher get its hydraulic power from the base machine and use requires two-way hydraulics system. It has a powerful hydraulic radial piston motor with high starting torque. The high starting torque of the motor ensures the easy start of the drums when bucket is full of material. The transmission of the power from motor to the drums is via chains and chain wheels. The rotating direction of the drums is always the same but the hydraulics has to have the a possibility to work reverse so that any material blocking the drums can be loosened.

Effective flow of material

ALLU Screener Crusher is a gravity fed processing attachment. The blades of the drums crush, screen, aerate, pulverize and force the material through the drums generating a high production. Big and hard fragments are left in the bucket from which they are easily put in their own pile.

ALLU SML has light construction and is ideal for applications where topsoil, peat or other light material is screened. It is designed for tractors, skid steer loaders and excavators under 7 tons.		ALLU SM is a standard model with a robust construction suitable for most of the applications like screening of topsoil, aerating and crushing of compost, mixing different materials together, backfilling of pipeline trenches, crushing of bark etc. It is suitable for middle sized and large wheel loaders and excavators.
ALLU SMH is designed for the continuous processing of difficult, heavy or abrasive materials and high capacity production work. It has a very robust construction and is suitable for large base machines.		ALLU SC is versatile screener crusher for 8 – 25 ton excavators and 5 – 14 ton wheel loaders. ALLU SC changes the ordinary base machine into a powerful screening and crushing unit which can replace more expensive traditional machines.
ALLU Screener Crusher options:
All different drum and blade options have been designed so that they can be easily interchanged, even in field conditions. This feature also helps to improve the productivity of the bucket, because it doesn't have to be transported to a workshop to be adapted for different type of work.
Drums There are four different types of standard drums available. There are also different special drums available upon request. Selecting the right type of drum is the first step when adapting the bucket for a certain material according to the customer requirements		Counter blades The type of counter blade that the bucket has depends on which kind of drums the bucket has. Every drum type has its own counter blade. The counter blade functions as an obstacle over the upper drum, against which the material is screened or crushed. In other words, the counter blade increases the crushing or screening effect of the bucket. Counter blade also protects the frame. There are two main categories of counter blades, straight and comb. The counter blade is a standard issue of the bucket so the right type is installed at the factory. A worn out counter blade, or if the drum type of the bucket has been changed (requiring a different type of counter blade), the counter blade is easily changed through a specially designed hatch located inside the chain boxes.
Blades There are eight different types of blades available. The blade option is the next step to be taken when adapting the bucket according to the customer requirements. The use of the correct blade for the material is a very important issue. Using right kind of blade improves the quality of the final material, decreases the wear off and improves the capacity of the bucket.
ALLU Screener Crusher accessories:
The ALLU Screener Crusher is designed to process different materials on the most effective way and in most of the cases basic ALLU Screener Crusher model gives the best productivity and processing result. In some special applications e.g. when composting bio waste, crushing bark or screening sand the end result or durability of wearing parts can be even improved by installing special accessories to the basic machine. All different accessories have been designed so that they can be easily interchanged, even in field conditions. This feature also helps to improve the productivity of the bucket, because it doesn't have to be transported to a workshop to be adapted for different type of work.
Basic and adapter plates The most common way of adapting the bucket to the base machine is with the basic plate. The basic plate is a plate without any ready fastenings for the base machine. The customer welds the necessary ears onto the basic plate according to the base machine manufacturers instructions. This makes it possible to attach the bucket to all machines. Basic plates are available for all models. Ready adapter plates are available for some brands of base machines. Please check availability from distributor or manufacturer.		Crushing bars Crushing bar accessory was developed in order to increase the crushing effect of the bucket. The crushing bars are attached to the bucket with bolts, to the fastening ears located under the bucket. Crushing bars are available for SM and SMH models.
Extra sides Extra sides are available to increase the volume of the bucket. Extra sides are mounted onto the bucket with bolts. The fastening holes for the extra sides are a standard issue of every bucket. Extra sides also act as extra shield against material that sometimes may jump out from the bucket while operating and they are always recommended for wheel loader installations. Extra sides are available for all models.		Perforated extra screens Perforated extra screen helps to reduce the fragment size of the screened material. Extra screen is attached to the bucket with bolts, to the fastening ears located under the bucket. Extra screens are available for SM and SMH models.
