The ALLU SML series was designed especially with the landscaping sector in mind. The main problem in this sector is that the base machines are usually very light weighted and have little hydraulic capacity (skid steers, tractors etc.), and cannot therefore carry any heavy loads.

ALLU SML has light construction and is ideal for applications where topsoil, peat or other light material is screened. It is designed for tractors, skid steer loaders and excavators under 7 tons.

The ALLU SML series is very light in weight compared to the SM and SMH series and therefore the range of work that can be done with them are somewhat limited. The ALLU SML series have also less power because of a smaller hydraulic motor to meet the hydraulic requirement of the base machines in this sector.
