The AK Range

Applications for grinders range from structural and demolition timber, pallets and packaging wood, to the treatment of biological waste, greenwaste, garden and park waste, and the shredding of old paper and cardboard.

• Patented load sensing technology to optimize material supply.
• A unique, flexible shredding system with fine shredding gates which can be quickly interchanged to vary the size of the end product.
• A heavy duty Hammermill (approx. 2.5 t) and easily replaceable, material-specific wearing tips on the free swinging hammers.
• Easy maintenance due to the large access doors on all sides and central lubrication points.
• Short set-up times due to hydraulically folding discharge conveyors and simple machine operation.

The right solution for every task

The advantages of the mobile machines lie in their flexibility. Material on-site is processed and prepared quickly and cost-efficiently. This creates new, valuable products for reuse. The individual machines can be combined into a processing line to form a mobile system capable of undertaking various steps of material preparation.
