The single shaft shredders are used for
volume reduction at landfill sites, pre-shredding after
homogenization at mechanical/biological waste treatment
plants, in recycling plants, in old wood preparation and
for homogenization of feedstock in thermal treatment
plants. All materials in the areas listed above can be
shredded, such as municipal, industrial and commercial
waste, railroad sleepers, trunk and root timber, and
mixed construction waste.

Buffalo with the hydraulically controlled
shredding comb. It accomplishes its tasks by a
single-shaft principle. Thanks to various,
quickly replaceable tools, the DW 2060 can be
adjusted to the different shredding tasks. The
efficient mechanic power transmission is carried
out by a direct drive by planetary gear. The
shredder is extremely mobile thus ensuring a
quick and flexible application. |
 Description:
Slowly operating shredder on
hook lift frame for shredding of old wood, root wood,
green pruning's, biological waste, bulky rubbish, light
mixed construction waste, container service.
- Easily
accessible thanks to the large protection
doors. The drawbar is hinged for the
hook-lift function and the move ability with
the help of the grip for the wheel loader
bucket.
- Powerful
direct drive with electric reversing
facility. The motor is accessible from 2
sides.
- The roller
teeth tear the material through the
hydraulically controlled shredding comb, the
comb opens automatically in case of large
- foreign
bodies in order to protect the machine and
to reduce the tool wear.
- The comb
elements are secured by wedges, easily
accessible from outside and thus quickly
replaceable.
- Easy
operation, exact adjustment and reading of
the machine data by multifunction display.
The machine can be moved by wheel loader and
retractable support wheels. Machine
operation by remote control*.

to the hydraulically foldable rear conveyor.
