Fintec - 1080 Cone Crusher

The Fintec 1080 Cone Crusher incorporates the Sandvik C3800 cone crusher. The hydraulically adjusted C3800 crusher is characterized by robust design and high performance. In combination with the CLP (Constant Linear Performance) crushing chambers and high motor power give this crusher capacity which is in most cases comparable with those of other, larger crushers, to produce a modern and efficient crusher, which is targeted at the contractor segment of the market.

The C3800 Crusher meets exacting product quality demands. Aggregate specifications have been tightened up and this trend towards higher standards will continue. The C3800 crusher and the CSC (cubical shape crushing) technique developed by Sandvik, produce material of excellent shape and high quality.

The
C3800 is equipped with a hydro set system which provides both safety and setting adjustment functions, and incorporates a heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder which supports the main shaft and adjusts its position. The semi-automatic setting regulation system not only optimizes production, it also keeps track at liner wear. This makes it easy to plan liner changes and minimize interruptions in production.
In addition to the high capacity, the 1080 is compact, which makes it very easy to move and to install.

The Sandvik Hydrocone Crusher with a maximum feed opening of 190 mm, Hydroset control to change CSS and protect the unit from overload or shock-loading due to tramp metal.

The hydraulically adjusted Hydrocone crusher manufactured by Sandvik Rock Processing is characterized by robust design and high performance. In combination with the CLP (Constant Linear Performance) crushing chambers and high motor power give this crusher capacity which is in most cases comparable with those of other, larger crushers.

The Hydrocone crusher are ideal for secondary and tertiary crushing and the compact and easy-to-service design makes it a perfect choice for mobile installations - like the Fintec F1080.

The Hydrocone cone is an excellent choice as secondary crusher in combination with a jaw or a primary gyratory crusher or in the third or fourth crushing stage. Thanks to their built-in versatility, this crusher will enable you to cope with most production requirements in a changing future.

The Hydroset system provides automatic overload protection by allowing the main shaft to the mantle to drop, to permit the passage of tramp iron and other un-crushable material. The system then automatically returns the main shaft smoothly to its original position.

If the Hydrocone is equipped with our semi-automatic setting system, the actual crushing load inside the crusher is continually monitored. This makes it possible to optimize crusher utilization allowing you to squeeze the ultimate performance from your machine at all times.

Much attention has been paid to making the Hydrocone crusher as easy to operate and maintain as possible. All service and inspection is carried out from above, which makes the work easier and the maintenance costs lower.

Improved sealing to the inner crusher mechanics provides more effective protection against dust and other unwanted particles - reducing maintenance and increasing the life of the crusher.

The semi-automatic setting regulation system not only optimizes production, it also keeps track at liner wear. This makes it easy to plan liner changes and minimize interruptions in production.

    Feed Hopper:

    The Feed hopper has a nominal volume of 5m3 and is foldable
    for ease of transportation. The hydraulic drive system enables
    the unit to control the feed rate, by changing the speed of the belt. This feature is especially useful in order to obtain
    maximum output from the whole installation, also an ultrasonic level system will automatically speed up or slow the feeder depending on the level of material above the crusher.

    Crusher:

    The crusher is powered direct by V-belt drive via hydrostatic motor. Maximum power output is 150 kW.

    Crusher Load Sensing, ultrasonic level system, above crusher, controls the feed from the feeder into the crusher to obtain constant material flow and therefore constantly choke feed the Hydrocone.

    Speed sensor on drive flywheel, observes crusher speed @ 360 rpm , to control crusher feed and avoid overloading of crusher unit. Crusher drive pressure & Hydroset pressure are monitored and the Hydroset adjusts accordingly to hold CSS and protect the crusher.

    Main Conveyor:

    The discharge belt conveyor is with the tail section fitted underneath the jaw crusher. The ground clearance underneath

    the unit is 250mm. The drive drum is fitted with rubber to prevent the belt from slipping. Rubber Impact bars is placed in the drop zone underneath the jaw crusher. The discharge height of the main conveyor is 3300mm.

    Hydraulics:

    One Hydrostatic variable displacement axial piston pump mounted direct to the engine flywheel provides power to the Hydrostatic motor driving the Hydrocone crusher. One hydraulic variable displacement axial piston pump mounted direct to the Hydrostatic pump provides power to the hydraulic motors driving the following parts: feeder, main conveyor, hydraulic set-up system and controls.  

     

     

     

     

       

    Electrical System:

    A 24V DC electric circuit off the engine battery set provides a control system and safety interlock features. An Micro
    Processor control panel is mounted at the side of the unit and emergency drive of the crawlers is made from the hydraulic valves.
