Fintec 542 Tracked Screen - C & D Recycling Equipment, Crushing, Screening Machinery

The Fintec 542 Tracked Screen is a robust, highly durable machine, designed specifically for the Recycling and Aggregate Contractor market. It has a 3650mm x 1500mm (12’ x 5’) two bearing screenbox with increased screening angle built into the bottom deck of the screen. This feature coupled with the larger screening surface area and increased throw on the screenbox enhances screening efficiency and capacity, through the actual screenbox itself.

The Fintec 542 Tracked Screen has a unique user-friendly folding access walkway fitted as standard around the screenbox, thus providing the operator with easy access for maintenance. Also, the belt feeder has a 8m³ capacity and is fitted with a radio controlled tipping reject grid as standard.

Our machine is driven by a CAT 3054C water-cooled diesel 74kW (99hp) engine with an Engine Shut Down Protection System. The main conveyor is fitted with a 1050mm heavy-duty belt. The tracks are 500mm wide to cater for various ground conditions and are pendant track controlled.

The Fintec 542 screen can be fed by loading shovel, excavator or directly from a Primary Crusher / Secondary Crusher. The hydraulic tipping grid is equipped with Bofar grizzly bars with standard aperture of 100 mm, optional grizzly bars with 150mm aperture are available.

An optional grid with crusher by pass chute for working in line with a crusher without removing the grid is available.

The feeder and main conveyor are equipped with heavy-duty belts and side wing rollers. The feed conveyor is variable speed control to maximize the feed to the main conveyor and in turn onto the screen. The screen has quick release wedge tensioning on the high impact zone on the top deck. Both side conveyors have individual variable control.
