Rotor: square design for increased blow bar exposure, normally
run with two blow bars and two balance bars, stress relieved with
machined mating surfaces.
Blow bars: heavy duty one piece external wedge alloy wedge lock.
Locking system: machined dual taper vertical wedge lock.
Rotor shaft: precision machined one piece tapered shaft with rotor locking rings.
Primary apron: adjustable fabricated reinforced primary cup design with liners for initial reduction.
Secondary apron: adjustable fabricated reinforced secondary cup design with liners for final reduction.
Tertiary apron: fixed fabricated impact zone with flat impact liners for velocity reduction before discharge.
Primary and secondary apron liners: 24 (12 each apron) replaceable interchangeable stepped designed liners for targeted impact zone crushing.
Tertiary apron liners: replaceable rectangular flat liners designed to reduce the discharge velocity.
Apron adjusters: hydraulic release with positive mechanical lock.
Lower housing: fabricated reinforced housing with precision rotor bearing pillow block mounts.
Upper housing: fabricated reinforced housing with access doors
on both sides, precision aligned feed chute with 4" square wear bar at
the rotor.
Side liners: full housing alloy side liners in all crushing areas.
Crusher lid: hydraulic opening and closing, heavy duty mounts for dual aprons.
