DETAILED FEATURES
HORIZONTAL SCREEN:
6' X 16' triple deck horizontal screen. Triple shaft, with adjustable
timing. Top deck discharges directly into the crusher. The second deck
discharge into the crusher or through a flop gate to a discharge chute
as a product. Third deck has a 24" side discharge conveyor with rubber
lagged head pulley, winged tail pulley, screw type take up, TEFC
electric motor with V-belt drive to a shaft mounted gearbox and drive
guard. Fines discharges out the rear as a product on a 54" fines
conveyor with rubber lagged head pulley, winged tail pulley, screw type
take up, TEFC electric motor with V-belt drive to a shaft mounted
gearbox and drive guard.
HEAVY DUTY HORIZONTAL SHAFT IMPACT CRUSHER:

Tertiary apron: fixed fabricated impact zone with flat impact liners for velocity reduction before discharge.

Enclosed electric panel with start/stop station and emergency shut down. Pedestal mounted with SO cord to all plant motors.

42" channel frame with feed hopper, full length skirt boards, rubber
lagged head pulley, winged tail pulley, screw type take up, TEFC
electric motor with V-belt drive to a shaft mounted gearbox and drive

channel frame return conveyor with impact tray in the crusher discharge
