Drive Unit:
Hopper Conveyor drive unit is located at the discharge side for perfectly straight run and simple alignment of the conveyor belt.

SuperScreener - Operating Principal
A bed of rotating stars mounted on hydraulically driven shafts transport the material to be screened.
During material transport, fines are removed by passing through the spacing between the fingers, and the spacing between the fingers and the next star shaft.
The oversized material rides on top of the star deck and is transported off the end of the star deck and onto the oversize pile.
The screening size is not only determined by the spacing between the stars, but also by the speed the rotating stars are driven.
The rotation speed is easily adjusted to allow changes to the screening size, thus allowing multiple screening sizes with one screening deck.
Advantages:
The star screen deck spreads material quickly and tends to pull it apart.
Higher processing capacity, particularly with traditionally difficult materials.
Adjustable star deck speed allows multiple fractions with one star size.
Heavy-duty construction means making adjustments to the screening deck between screening operations is no longer necessary.
Reduced operating noise. The star screen uses soft stars not loud vibrating or shaking components.
No shaking or vibrating means less wear.
The sloping screening deck means less space requirements.
Stars are easily replaced and have an average life of between 2,000 and 3,500 hours.

Collecting conveyor belt
The collecting conveyor comprises two belt sections:
Fines section (below the screen deck)
Overs section (after the screen deck)
and includes a laterally slewing fines discharge belt .
All conveyor belts hydraulically powered with variable speed controls.
The lateral discharge conveyor is located at the right side (traveling direction) of the machine and is retracted for road transport.

Diesel fuel tank
Fuel tank is integrated into the chassis between the rear axle and engine compartment with the filler neck on the left side of the machine.

Engine compartment
Aside from the Diesel engine, this compartment also houses the radiator, hydraulic valve assembly, and the engine controls.
An on board management system monitors the operating systems and warns for such things as electrical faults, excessive engine temperature, hydraulic fluid over temperature, insufficient cooling, etc.
Easily accessible hydraulic valve assembly and hydraulic pressure gauges.
The hydraulic reservoir (volume 61 Gallons) is located near the engine compartment.
A light in the engine compartment is provided to assist with after hours" service and maintenance.
