Screen replacements: We weave and fabricate screens sized with your space, mesh, and slotted opening requirements in a variety of materials, gauges and finished edges. We supply screens to work with all Original Equipment Manufacturers of horizontal and incline shakers.

Trommel screen: Screen drums to fit all portable and stationary machines can be ordered in our various types of weave in a full range of openings.

Perforated plate: Plate is a great screening media for the toughest and heaviest of screening applications. Our plate is available in a variety of openings, patterns, and thicknesses for the aggregate/mining industries.

Screen Materials:
Gator Wire™, stainless steel, oil tempered and other alloys can be supplied in a range of diameters per screen type.

 

Clean Thru™ is a combination of straight wire and a crimped wire in a square opening design. The straight wire gives good vibration, making it ideal where pegging is a problem as in coal mining, virgin asphalt, wash plants, and mason sand.

Harp™ is designed in a standard piano wire screen style. It is ideal for top soil production, sand, coal, and gravel screening.

C&D offers a quality, mill-rolled perforated plate that provides uniform hardness through the full thickness of the plate. The competition's plate is typically mild steel that is surface heat treated to increase the hardness of the skin, producing a 'soft core' and 'soft spots' that wear plate prematurely. Our superior punch plate is made from an exclusive, hot mill-roll, certified AR steel. We call it "Hard Core™". Our HardCore™ perforated plate will hold up to your toughest abrasion and impact applications.

Our panels are single-hole punched and plasma cut, allowing us to maximize open area, provide pattern versatility and give you the fastest turnaround in the industry.

We blank out areas for support bars to increase production and reduce machine wear. Skid bars can be added and blankout areas can be used to extend your plate life and improve screening performance.

Perforated Plate Patterns:
Our perforated plate is available with round, square, rectangular, oblong, hex or slotted holes in a wide variety of patterns. Our engineering staff will fax you detailed CAD drawings of your plate for your approval. We supply plate for all OEM machines.

Perforated Plate Materials:
We offer perforated plate in Hard Core™, AR500, AR400, high carbon, stainless steel and other alloys in a full range of thicknesses.
