There is a growing need to classify manufactured sand, sand and gravel, waste materials, raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products more effectively. Conventional vibrating screens and trommel screens are very limited when screening materials that cause a build-up on the screen, which results in clogging or blinding of the screen openings. The bivi-TECŪ was developed to screen even the most demanding materials.

BHS has developed a portable screening unit designed to prescreen greenwaste / yard waste prior to grinding. Removing dirt, rock, sand and other small abrasive contaminants before grinding green waste and wood waste significantly reduces the operational wear and tear of tub grinders and other grinding devices. Feeding the grinder strictly oversized materials also maximizes throughput volume. Resulting benefits include less equipment maintenance and increased production levels.
